We do our best to deliver your orders as fast as possible so you can enjoy fresh tea at home in just a few hours or days, depending on your destination. In general terms, please expect two or three weeks maximum for your teas to arrive at your door. We ship worldwide, by plane, generally from the great gateaway of China to the world, that is Guangzhou.
We supervise your order carefully along the whole route, to make sure nothing goes wrong or delayed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In case you are dissatisfied with your order, though we really hope not, we would like to hear from you what went wrong, so we can improve continuously and give you the best service possible at every occasion. For any problems in your delivery or tea/teaware for which we are personally responsible, we give you a coupon for free.
