White Tea Cake with distinct flower pinch, mellow, delicate and fragrant but gently enveloping, notes of roasted peanut.

Made in 2022, in February, just before Qing Ming Festival, from old tea trees around Baiyan village, Xianfeng County, Hubei Province. 

This tea is picked by old ladies from the village and then selected by Master Huang and pressed into tea cakes for humanity's delight. Master Huang came from Fujian to help revive the local tea craftsmanship and now runs his small tea workshop with his fellows.

He is a calm, friendly, knowledgeable man.
